Brewer Entertainment - Bricktown Events Center 2005

This project consisted of demolishing an existing 40,000 square foot building within a city block area of Oklahoma Cities historical Bricktown area.  The new building design included developing an exterior vernacular which mimicked existing bricktown streetscapes.  The front entrance included design of a new information center and structural steel sign, designed to tie into the existing bricktown ballpark immediately West of this structure.  The interior designed linked the new structure to both building structures flanking each side increasing the overall building floor plan to approximately 100,000 square feet.  Interior improvements included installing full service kitchen, toilet facilities for event patrons.
