Seminole Nation - Rolling Meadows
Phase I and Phase II
Seminole, Oklahoma
PHASE I
The Seminole Nations Rolling Meadows Development is an 80 acre master plan housing addition. Pinnacle Design Group (PDG) staff provided construction documentation for the first phase and master planning design for the overall eighty acre single family housing development. The first phase design required architectural and engineering for twenty single family housing units. PDG personnel developed four differing three and four bedroom floor plans prior to construction. The master plan allows for a large community center which will cantilever over an existing pond and playground. PDG responsibilities also included the civil engineering on the roads, installation of domestic water lines and 1.5 miles of residential paving.
PHASE II
Phase II consists of 25 single family housing units along with 1 mile of residential paving. PDG personnel developed four differing three and four bedroom floor plans prior to construction. The master plan allows for a large community center which will cantilever over an existing pond and playground. PDG responsibilities also included the civil engineering on the roads, installation of domestic water lines. It also includes a walking/jogging path and soccer field.
